1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nuvodrama ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform. Nuvodrama reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nuvodrama. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with your parent or guardian.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Nuvodrama immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed to keep it accurate.

4. Content License & Restrictions

Nuvodrama grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream audio dramas and related content for personal, non-commercial use only. You do not own the content; you are granted a personal license to listen to it.

You agree NOT to:

• Record, download, or redistribute any audio content without authorization
• Share your account login credentials with others
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any content protection measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All audio dramas, artwork, logos, text, and other content on Nuvodrama are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The content is owned by Nuvodrama and its content creators. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission from Nuvodrama.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us immediately with details of the infringement.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Nuvodrama in any way that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interferes with the normal operation of the Platform
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses other users
• Spreads false or misleading information
• Scrapes or automatically collects data from the Platform

7. User-Generated Content

Any reviews, ratings, or comments you submit become part of the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Nuvodrama a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Nuvodrama reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUVODRAMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nuvodrama's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nuvodrama in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NUVODRAMA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nuvodrama does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Changes to Service

Nuvodrama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any features at any time, with or without notice. We may also add or remove content, change pricing, or modify features as we see fit. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications.

11. Account Termination

Nuvodrama may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these terms, unauthorized account sharing, or engagement in illegal activities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and you remain liable for any outstanding obligations.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States for any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Nuvodrama. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue legal action.
